Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the BidFix website and related services (the “Service”) operated by A V A INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES CO. L.L.C (the “Operator”) under the brand BidFix in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Provider Terms.

1. Who we are

BidFix is a brand of A V A INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES CO. L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company - Single Owner (LLC - SO) registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the “Operator”). BidFix is an online marketplace. Customers describe a job; professionals send a fixed-price offer; the customer chooses whom to book. The Operator is an information intermediary. We are not a party to the contract for the underlying work between Customer and Provider, not an employer of Providers, and not a construction, maintenance or licensed-trade contractor.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. One person or company should keep one primary account. We may suspend an account that is abusive, fraudulent or used to game the Service.

3. Customers — free to use

Posting a job, receiving offers, messaging, booking and reviewing is free for Customers. BidFix does not charge Customers a commission on the job price. During the pilot, payment for the work itself is arranged directly between Customer and Provider. BidFix does not collect that money.

You agree to:

• describe the job honestly, including access, timing and photos;
• not post jobs you do not intend to award;
• treat offers and Provider data as confidential;
• pay the Provider the agreed amount for completed work, off-platform, during the pilot;
• leave a review only after a real booking.

4. Professionals

Browsing the job board, keeping a profile and sending offers is free during the pilot. Paid offers may be introduced in the future. BidFix does not currently collect a fee to send an offer.

5. Jobs, offers and bookings

• A job is a request, not a binding order, until the Customer accepts an offer.
• An offer is a fixed price for the described scope, valid as stated by the Provider.
• A booking records that the Customer selected that Provider. It does not collect payment for the work.
• Exact address is hidden from bidders and revealed only to the booked Provider after the Customer shares it.
• Either side may cancel a booking before work starts, using the tools in the Service.

6. Reviews

Reviews must relate to a completed booking. Fake, paid-for, or retaliatory reviews may be removed. We may hide an account that manipulates ratings.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use BidFix to:

• offer illegal, unlicensed or unsafe work;
• request or publish another person’s private data without a booking;
• scrape, spam or impersonate another professional or company;
• upload malware or offensive content.

Providers remain solely responsible for licences, visas, insurance and tax on the work they perform in the UAE.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for the quality, delay or safety of work done by a Provider, for unpaid job invoices between the parties, or for losses caused by a user, except where UAE law does not allow that limit (including fraud or death/personal injury caused by our negligence).

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance. We may stop the Service or close an account with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
