These Provider Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use. Creating a provider profile or sending an offer is acceptance. BidFix is operated by A V A INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES CO. L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company - Single Owner (LLC - SO) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Pricing: No subscription fees. No lead fees. No commission. BidFix does not take the payment for the work. You pay the professional directly. If BidFix ever charges a fee, we will tell you before it starts. It will not apply to work already done.

1. What BidFix provides

BidFix is an information marketplace. You can browse live jobs, send a fixed offer, chat, and record a booking. We do not sell the Customer’s work or guarantee that you will be selected. You choose which jobs to bid on and you set your own fixed price.

2. Admission and checks

Providers are reviewed manually before they can send offers. Depending on provider type and service category, BidFix may check identity, a UAE business or professional licence, and relevant trade credentials. Until BidFix approves your profile you may prepare it and upload documents, but you cannot send offers.

BidFix verification confirms only the information or documents specifically marked as checked. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, safety or future conduct.

BidFix may ask for additional documents if they are reasonably needed for a specific check. BidFix may pause or withdraw admission if information cannot be confirmed or if documents appear false or expired.

3. Money for the work itself

The Customer pays you the accepted offer price for the service you perform. BidFix does not currently hold that money, run escrow, issue invoices for your work, or process payouts.

4. Your obligations

• Send offers only for jobs you can actually do, at a price you will honour.
• You are solely responsible for the right to perform the offered service in the UAE, including any required licences, permits or insurance.
• Do not submit false identity, licence, authorization or credential documents.
• Do not use a Customer’s exact address except to perform the booked job.
• Keep your profile, categories and documents reasonably up to date.

5. No employment

You act as an independent contractor or licensed business. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership or agency with A V A INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES CO. L.L.C. The Customer and Provider make the underlying service arrangement between themselves.

6. Future pricing

If BidFix ever charges a fee, we will tell you before it starts. It will not apply to work already done. Any later fees apply only after notice and only to new bookings under the updated terms.
