Provider Terms

These Provider Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use. Creating a provider profile or sending an offer is acceptance. BidFix is operated by A V A INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES CO. L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company - Single Owner (LLC - SO) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Pilot: sending offers is free. BidFix is not collecting provider fees and is not processing payouts. Paid offers may be introduced in the future.

1. What BidFix provides

BidFix is an information marketplace. You can browse live jobs, send a fixed offer, chat, and record a booking. We do not sell the Customer’s work, collect the job price during the pilot, or guarantee that you will be selected.

2. Admission

Provider access is a manual profile review, not identity verification or KYC. Until BidFix approves your profile you may prepare it, but you cannot send offers. Approval means “profile reviewed”, not “identity verified”.

3. Money for the work itself

During the pilot the Customer pays you directly for the service you perform. BidFix does not hold that money, run escrow, or issue invoices for your work.

4. Your obligations

• Send offers only for jobs you can actually do, at a price you will honour.
• Keep licences, insurance and right-to-work documents valid for UAE work.
• Do not use a Customer’s exact address except to perform the booked job.

5. No employment

You act as an independent contractor or licensed business. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership or agency with A V A INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVICES CO. L.L.C.
