2. Data we use

• Account: name, email, login method, professional profile.
• Jobs: description, photos, area, schedule, budget, and the exact address stored privately.
• Offers, bookings, reviews and in-app chat (including file attachments you send).
• Device and log data needed to run and secure the site.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Why we use it

• to create accounts and show you the right cabinet;
• to publish jobs to matching professionals and deliver offers;
• to keep exact addresses hidden from bidders and reveal them only to the booked Provider;
• to operate chat, bookings and reviews;
• to prevent fraud and spam;
• to meet UAE legal duties.

4. Who sees what

• Professionals see a job’s public area, not the villa/unit, until they are booked and the Customer shares the address.
• Chat is visible to the two participants of that job thread.
• Reviews you publish are visible to other users.
• Processors: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), authentication, and email delivery for password reset.

5. Retention

We keep account and booking records while the account is open and for a reasonable period after for disputes and UAE record-keeping. You may ask us to delete an account via Support.

6. Your rights

Subject to PDPL and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data. Password reset is available from the sign-in page.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session and security.
