Refund Policy

These pages describe how BidFix works today. They may be updated and are not legal advice.

BidFix does not take the payment for the work. You pay the professional directly. Because BidFix does not collect that money, BidFix cannot refund the Customer for the Provider’s work.

If you and the Provider disagree about the job price, quality or cancellation, contact each other first. BidFix Support can help with the booking record on the platform, but BidFix does not take the payment for the work.

If BidFix later introduces platform fees, any refund rules for those fees will be published before they take effect. We'll tell you before any fee starts.
